The Renthal Fatbar features a tapered outer wall resulting in a 1-1/8" (28.6mm) clamping diameter and 7/8" diameter at the control ends. This profiled wall and brace less design combines excellent strength with good flexibility while the shot peened surface finish helps prevent fatigue failure. 7010 T6 Aluminum, which Renthal has exclusive rights to this specially developed alloy, gives high impact strength, lightweight and excellent vibration dampening. A 15 step anodizing process forms an integral coating giving protection against corrosion and a Laser etched positioning grid helps with precise adjustments.
